Quelles sont les missions ?
En collaboration avec la DSI Groupe, la DSI de Safran SEATS, les autres entités du site et les infogérants, vous êtes responsable de :
-Garantir la performance des services, la disponibilité et l'intégrité des ressources informatiques dans le respect des niveaux de services contractuels en cas d'incident (SLAs).
-Piloter l'activité au moyen de tableau de bord. Proposer et faire évoluer les indicateurs.
-Piloter le(s) contrat(s) de services dont vous avez la responsabilité (TMA, Service Desk, infogérant...).
-Représenter la société dans les rituels mis en place avec l'infogérant (Comité technique, Comité Opérationnel, point quotidien) pour le site de Plaisir, et y vérifier l'avancement des actions prévues.
-Participer à la résolution des incidents majeurs et aux crises
-Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des tickets du site. Vous piloterez le traitement du backlog des tickets et entreprendrez les actions nécessaires en cas de dérive.
-Assurer le reporting et le suivi des KPIs sur l'ensemble des tickets du site de Plaisir.
-Assurer la mobilisation des acteurs internes et externes, les escalades et les communications, le reporting.
-Proposer des solutions de contournement / plans de remédiation à mettre en place en collaboration avec le SDM SEATS.
-Être force de proposition pour l'amélioration du service rendu.
-Garantir la bonne complétude des référentiels en particulier celles de la CMDB et l'intranet
-Planifier et organiser la gestion de l'obsolescence des machines (mobiles, postes de travail) en alignement avec notre politique interne
-Assurer le contact entre les utilisateurs du site et les DSI.
-Garantir le bon déroulement et la réactivité quant aux demandes et incidents VIP. Le Comité Exécutif de Safran Seats est basé essentiellement à Plaisir.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Compétences technique
-Certification ITIL Foundation v3/v4
-Très bonne connaissance de la production informatique
-Un excellent sens du service client
-Connaissances avancées en IT (essentiellement Workplace et Mobilité, de bonnes notions en réseaux et AD peuvent être un plus)
-Expérience significative d'outils ITSM (idéalement Service Now) et MDM (Airwatch, WorkspaceOne)

Safran SEATS recherche un Service Delivery Manager (SDM) local dédié à sa population située sur le site de Plaisir (78).
Vous serez le garant des services informatiques délivrés aux utilisateurs Seats de Plaisir, le site étant partagé avec d'autres entités du Groupe.
Vous serez responsable du niveau de qualité de service prévu conformément aux attentes des utilisateurs.
Vous mettrez en place les nouveaux processus de support liés aux nouveaux projets IS ou IT définis par le " Global SDM SEATS ".
Vous aurez également en charge la coordination des incidents/demandes VIP.
Cette mission inclue également un aspect gestion comprenant notamment : la gestion de l'obsolescence (forecast, achat de nouveaux matériels), la coordination de la gestion de parc (assurée par notre prestataire), le suivi de la flotte mobile.
