Au sein de notre site de Villeurbanne composé de plus de 800 collaborateurs, centre de développement spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques sol et bord (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation), nous développons les nouvelles solutions intelligentes permettant l'exploitation des réseaux de transports ferroviaires.
Nos métiers en production, innovation, informatique, cybersécurité, électronique et en télécommunications construisent l'intelligence des trains de demain afin de répondre aux besoins de mobilité plus durable.

Ingénieur Système Réseaux et Télécommunications (H/F)

Le produit NetBox est un calculateur "bord", non vital, intégré dans nos architectures réseau déployées au sein des plateformes de signalisation (SIGNALING), matériel roulant (ROLLING STOCK) et grandes lignes (MAINLINE) que proposent ALSTOM.. Le produit intègre à cet effet des modems cellulaires ainsi que des modems Wifi. En plus de son rôle de gestion des communications train-sol, le logiciel NetBox agit comme un routeur IP bord avec des fonctionnalités avancées telles que la gestion de qualité de service, VLAN, translation d'adresse. Par ailleurs, le logiciel NetBox permet d'héberger des applicatifs projets tièrces pour répondre à des besoins fonctionnels dans le train (par exemple maintenance centralisée, comptage d'énergie, etc.).
La famille de produits OBEP est constituée des équipements réseau embarqués du train (consist network et backbone network) garantissant la communication entre les différents end devices. Les produits principaux de cette famille sont : le Train Routing Switch qui est un routeur dédié à la gestion du backbone et les changements de topologie réseau dans le cas de trains à unités multiples, le Consist Ring Switch qui constitue le réseau véhicule, et le train wake-up unit qui est un équipement qui permet le réveil et la mise en veille du train.
En tant qu'ingénieur système, vous participez au développement de nos systèmes électroniques dans le domaine des Networks & Telecoms correspondants aux domaines exposés ci-dessus. Vous assurez également le suivi des fournisseurs avec lesquels nous travaillons.
MISSIONS :
A partir des besoins des clients internes (Onboard Ethernet Network System, Data Communication System, Projets, ...), vous aurez à :
- Définir les solutions techniques pour répondre aux besoins. Valider les concepts techniques proposés. Designer l'architecture de la solution retenue.
- Piloter le développement dans le respect des engagements QCD.
- Définir les spécifications en prenant en considération la définition des exigences fonctionnelles, opérationnelles, les interfaces et les exigences en matière de performance, sureté, de sécurité et de maintenabilité.
- Etre en interface avec les fournisseurs qui nous accompagnent dans le design de nos produits.
- Intervenir en support des équipes de développement, de validation et de cybersécurité.
- Assurer le support de nos produits auprès de nos clients internes et/ou externes.
PROFIL :
(H/F) diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac+5 en informatique de type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, vous avez acquis une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum dans la conception et le développement de produits, "sur étagères" ou développés sur spécifications, pour des systèmes embarqués.
Vous témoignez de compétences dans la gestion d'un panel de fournisseurs (définition des cahier des charges, suivi technique du développement, recette des livrables reçus). Des compétences en réseau et en cybersécurité seraient un vrai plu.
Vous êtes force de proposition, vous aimez travailler en équipe et en réseau dans un environnement multiculturel. Votre rigueur, votre capacité à solutionner des problématiques techniques et votre aptitude à la prise de décisions seront vos atouts pour réussir dans votre mission.
Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, dans un souci de transparence et avec une communication claire dans une organisation avec plusieurs interlocuteurs au sein des différents programmes.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais.
