Au sein de la division Digital & Integrated Systems d'Alstom, notre Centre de Développement de Villeurbanne est en charge de concevoir, d'industrialiser les Produits de Signalisation d'Alstom.

Nos métiers en production, innovation, informatique, cybersécurité, électronique et en télécommunications construisent l'intelligence des trains de demain afin de répondre aux besoins de mobilité durable.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le domaine de la Signalisation Ferroviaire, nous recherchons un/une :

Ingénieur Système - Signalisation Ferroviaire (H/F)

Votre poste

L'ingénieur Système représente le pivot entre toutes les activités de développement et d'ingénierie projet. Ainsi, les Ingénieurs Système sont en charge des activités de Conception et d'Architecture du Système:

    • Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions techniques sûres, performantes et optimisées
    • S'interfacer avec les équipes de développement électronique et logiciel de sorte à coordonner la proposition de design, et à évaluer les choix et risques techniques;
    • S'interfacer avec les équipes de Vérification & Validation, les équipes de Sécurité, de Cybersécurité, de Qualité, et de Fiabilité Disponibilité Maintenabilité pour leur expliquer les solutions techniques, et ajuster le design en accord avec leurs analyses.

Les Ingénieurs Système contribuent également à la définition des prochaines étapes d'évolution de notre Système de Signalisation pour des applications futures, en cohérence avec les stratégies de réutilisation de plateforme et les besoins du marché.

Vos missions

    • Formaliser le besoin et les exigences du client
    • Définir les spécifications couvrant aussi bien les interfaces, la performance, la fiabilité, l'environnement, etc. en conformité avec les besoins du client
    • Définir l'architecture du produit :
    • Elaborer la décomposition du système en sous-ensembles, interfaces internes, sous-fonctions, ... et spécifier les développements aux différents métiers ou fournisseurs,
    • Valider la faisabilité de la solution (simulation, maquette),
    • Faire des propositions d'arbitrage pour les choix techniques majeurs.
    • Assurer l'interface technique auprès des autres métiers de l'équipe programme (Safety, Logiciel, Electronique, Validation, Cybersécurité, RAM, Industrialisation)
    • Suivre le développement (gestion des évolutions et des configurations)
    • Apporter le support nécessaire lors de l'intégration du produit et lors de sa validation
    • Rédiger les manuels, assurer le support aux utilisateurs et aux équipes de déploiement
    • Assurer la veille technologique
    • Apporter un support aux offres techniques
    • Contribuer fortement au travers de vos activités, à la standardisation en réutilisant les solutions existantes ou en définissant des solutions réutilisables
    • Participer aux essais d'intégration en laboratoire ou sur site

Vous avez les compétences et les qualités suivantes :

    • Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 en Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire, de préférence avec une spécialisation en informatique/électronique,
    • Expérience souhaitée : minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (design système, validation, ou sécurité de fonctionnement, spécification des systèmes électroniques, MBSE, gestion des exigences) au sein d'une entreprise dans le domaine des Transports ou des systèmes critiques, une expérience en Signalisation Ferroviaire serait un plus;
    • Capacités à solutionner des problèmes techniques : avec rigueur, esprit critique, approche analytique, mais en faisant preuve de créativité, vous êtes capable de faire la synthèse des différents aspects d'un sujet technique ainsi que de prendre des décisions argumentées, et de mener des analyses de façon autonome ;
    • Un profil "multi connaissances" notamment en produits relatifs à la sécurité et aux contraintes temps réel, en électronique, logiciel et réseaux sera fortement apprécié.
    • Excellent relationnel et goût pour le travail collaboratif : vous aimez travailler en équipe, vous êtes ouvert(e), et motivé(e) par les environnements multiculturels ;
    • La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
