Nous recherchons pour notre client, un des leaders européens de la sous-traitance pharmaceutique, un Engineering and Technology Director (H/F) EN CDI dans le 94.
Si la fabrication de produits stériles et injectables reste au coeur de leur activité, ce groupe est en recherche perpétuelle d'innovation au service de la santé de tous.
Dans le cadre d'une réorganisation du site et d'investissements massifs avec la création d'une nouvelle ligne de production, vous serez en charge de la supervision de plusieurs services (ingénierie, maintenance, investissements et travaux neufs).
Directement rattaché au Directeur de site et en tant que membre du COMEX, vous interviendrez sur des missions stratégiques :
- Définition de la stratégie de développement du site,
- Supervision du bureau d'études avec la gestion des équipes d'ingénierie,
- Supervision de la maintenance générale utility et de la maintenance méthodes,
- Gestion de projets capex/d'investissements conséquents,
- Supervision des travaux neufs,
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Titulaire d'un bac+4/bac +5 en ingénierie, vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais courant et si possible de connaissances en chinois.
Votre parcours professionnel est en lien avec l'industrie pharmaceutique (minimum 5 ans) et vous disposez d'une expérience significative permettant de déployer la stratégie globale de l'ingénierie, la maintenance des équipements de production, des utilités, la digitalisation industrielle, ainsi que les travaux
neufs.
Aussi, vous disposez impérativement d'une expérience managériale en lien avec le terrain.
Rémunération : brute annuelle fixe entre 80-90 KEUR selon profil et
expérience et variable
Avantages : Plan épargne entreprise, CE, 15 à 16 jours de RTT par an, pass navigo pris en charge à 80% et autres avantages.
