Job Description:

  • Bilingual French/English

The Junior program manager apprentice will support the Northern Western Europe (NWE) Program manager team in driving business development activities. Specific responsibilities include sales enablement, partner event coordination, and enhancing communication for NWE Channel sales programs across multiple countries like France, Netherlands, BeLux, Nordics.

* Your main tasks will be :

Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans for achieving sales targets and marketing goals.

Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for informed decision-making.

Supporting the creation and optimization of sales and marketing collateral.

Assisting in the development and execution of sales enablement programs.

Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between multi-countries, sales & marketing departments for alignment and effectiveness of strategies.

Monitoring sales and marketing performance metrics, generating reports, and providing insights for optimization.

Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in sales and marketing strategy.
