En tant que Project Manager Office - Projets Nucléaire, vous serez rattaché à notre agence SOM de Chessy (77), et vous intégrerez l'une de nos équipes en place dans nos locaux à Saint Denis (93).
Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront :
Préparation et coordination des instances projet et des revues de performance : préparation des supports de présentation , mise à jour du suivi des actions, production des reportings sur la production des livrables et l'aspect financier, analyse de la cohérence des contributions
Animation du Management des Risques et Opportunités projets : identification des R&O et mise à jour des plans de traitement, identification et suivi des actions à mener, challenge des responsable risques pour optimiser la démarche
Administration de la base SharePoint : capitalisation des données et amélioration pour optimiser son utilisation par les parties prenantes
Construction et suivi du Plan de Charge de l'Unité à maille annuelle ou Moyen Terme (3-4 ans) : identification des activités à charge et vérification de cohérence, suivi d'avancement et réalisation de reportings
Des déplacements ponctuels sur sites clients en France (centres d'ingénierie, CNPE), ou chez les fabricants sont à prévoir
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur (ou équivalent Bac+5) et vous justifiez de 3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un environnement industriel exigeant et de préférence dans le secteur du nucléaire.
Vous avez une expérience sur le contexte EDF dans le cadre d'un projet Parc ou Nucléaire Nouveau est un plus non négligeable
Vous connaissez PLANVIEW et des compétences CGO pour l'aspect financier
