L'équipe Service Client de Leica Microsystems recherche son/sa nouveau/nouvelle Field Service Engineer idéalement basé(e) autour de Lyon pour couvrir une partie de la région Rhône-Alpes.
En tant que Field Service Engineer, vous serez chargé(e) de fournir, promouvoir et vendre un service technique de haute qualité. Vous avez pour objectif de maximiser la satisfaction du client tout en atteignant les objectifs d'équipe et individuels.
Ce poste est un poste itinérant, qui peut vous amener à passer jusqu'à 3 nuits d'hôtel par semaine. Il requiert une réelle autonomie et une forte flexibilité.
Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous aurez l'occasion de :
- Visiter les clients pour l'entretien préventif, les réparations, l'analyse des pannes, le support téléphonique et les mises à niveau afin d'obtenir un service client optimal et d'assurer une réparation professionnelle en temps voulu.
- Fournir des rapports précis, traiter et soumettre en temps voulu les rapports de service, les dépenses, la gestion des stocks de pièces de rechange et d'autres documents du service.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de service pour s'assurer que tous les clients de la région bénéficient d'un service après-vente professionnel dans le cadre des KPIs établis par le management.
- Coopérer étroitement avec les représentants des ventes au sein de chaque segment afin de soutenir les activités telles que les installations et les démonstrations / expositions.
- Échanger des informations résultant des contacts avec les clients afin d'accroître la satisfaction des clients et les ventes.
- Travailler étroitement avec le service à la clientèle afin d'assurer des processus et un flux d'informations rapides. Les exigences essentielles de l'emploi sont les suivantes :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme niveau Bac+2/3 OU vous bénéficiez d'une solide expérience de service sur le terrain dans un domaine équivalent.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec le domaine Software/Hardware, et êtes capable de procéder aux installations, maintenance et formation de cette partie d'activité.
- Vous êtes capable de démontrer de solides compétences en ingénierie électronique et en instrumentation.
- Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais
