LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement et intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client cabinet international de conseil en stratégie de marque, d'expérience client retail, de conception et de mise en oeuvre d'identité de marque, un Project Manager Officer (PMO) H/F pour un projet de déploiement à l'international. Poste en CDD de 9 mois, statut cadre.
Nous recherchons un Project Management Officer (PMO) H/F expérimenté pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client et assurer le suivi d'un projet de déploiement international (sièges sociaux, bureaux, zones de stockage) d'un grand compte du secteur pharmaceutique, couvrant 80 sites répartis dans le monde. Sous la direction du Global Programme Manager, votre rôle est clef pour mener à bien ce projet d'envergure.
Missions :
Conception d'outils de pilotage et de gestion du projet, incluant :
-Anticipation et gestion des informations nécessaires
-Organisation et optimisation de l'exécution des différentes tâches
-Planification et suivi des timelines
-Gestion des ressources et des budgets alloués
-Respect du cahier des charges
-Suivi des KPI
-Gestion des risques
-Suivi et mise à jour des outils de gestion
-Reporting régulier de l'avancement du projet
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Compétences requises :
-Expérience significative : minimum 5 ans en tant que PMO sur des sujets de déploiement à l'international
-Langues : français et anglais courants. Capacité à travailler avec des équipes internationales, anglo-saxonnes et françaises
-Compétences techniques : excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office 365, avec une grande agilité dans son utilisation. Compétence avancée en Excel, incluant la création et la gestion de tableaux complexes, formules et macros
-Compétences organisationnelles : grande capacité à anticiper et organiser
-Gestion des parties prenantes : capacité à gérer un nombre important de stakeholders et à motiver les parties prenantes
-Qualités personnelles : esprit pragmatique, orienté vers la recherche de solutions, excellent relationnel
