Le SSM est le référent pour les étudiants. Il est au coeur de la formation et est l'interface privilégiée entre les étudiants, les intervenants et le directeur.
ANIMER LA VIE ÉTUDIANTE
- En assurant la relation avec les étudiants et créer une relation de confiance
- En contribuant à l'organisation et la gestion du campus
- En participants activement à la prospection et à la promotion du campus
- En fidélisant les entreprises et répondre à leurs besoins et développer la relation
VEILLE ET AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE
- Organisation et animation des temps fort
- Animation des rendez-vous d'accueil des candidats inscrits
- Apporter des conseils méthodologiques personnalisés
INTERACTIONS INTERNE ET EXTERNE
- Assurer un lien régulier avec l'équipe technique
- Suivi des apprenants inscrits
- Mise en place d'une véritable relation de suivi et de conseil
- Donner réponse aux différentes demandes liées à la pédagogie (mails, appels, tél)
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Reporting et suivi
- Rôle de relais de l'information entre les différents acteurs (intervenant(e)s, étudiant(e)s, direction pédagogique, relations entreprises, chargés d'admissions).

Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous êtes force de proposition dans la mise en place de nouveaux outils collaboratifs et s'assurer de la bonne utilisation des outils digitaux par les intervenants et les étudiant(e)s (création de groupe, partage des documents, support de cours).
Vous êtes à l'écoute des apprenants inscrits dans nos formations afin de les accompagner au quotidien vers la réussite.
Nous recherchons un profil commercial/vente (avec un plus RH), et ayant une expérience sur un poste similaire, vous êtes doté(e) d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation et d'une grande réactivité.
Vous savez faire preuve d'écoute et d'empathie tout en gardant un rôle pédagogique à vocation " éducative ".
Vous maîtrisez la suite Google, et les outils digitaux.
Organisé(e) et méthodique, vous aimez le travail d'équipe et les imprévus ne vous font pas peur.
