Rattaché/e au Responsable Maintenance, vous intervenez sur toutes les opérations relatives au maintien en condition et à la modernisation des équipements en matière d'automatismes/instrumentation/contrôle commande et plus largement électricité industrielle de notre usine située à Brest, afin de garantir la continuité et la sécurité de l'ensemble des opérations du site fonctionnant en cycle continu.
A ce titre, vous aurez pour principales missions:
Participer aux travaux de conception et superviser l'installation et la mise en service des systèmes Recueillir, préparer et maintenir les données techniques spécifications nécessaires aux mises à jour du système de contrôle existant (y compris logicielles et matérielles : automates, PC, serveurs SCADA, périphériques, instruments, variateurs de fréquence, composants réseau, sauvegardes, etc..) Préparer les cahiers des charges techniques pour demandes de devis relevant du domaine électrotechnique et automatisation, participer au processus de sélection et discussions avec les fournisseurs, suivre les contrats de prestation et les budgets. Mettre en œuvre les solutions techniques (développement, analyse, maintenance) permettant le fonctionnement en sécurité des processus de l'usine, en particulier:- Développer et tenir à jour la matrice des causes et effets basée sur le logiciel existant
- Eliminer les défauts et erreurs lors de développement de produits et logiciel
- Etablir les définitions liées à l'infrastructure et à l'architecture des réseaux (ségrétation entre réseaux IT et OT), intégration et communication de données entre les couches réseau, suivant les protocoles de cybersécurité applicables
- Assistance dans la définition du réseau OT sans fil et des protocoles de communication
- Interaction avec différents protocoles de communication (Profibus, OPC UA et DA, Profinet, etc...)
Intégré/e à une équipe locale expérimentée, vous interagissez avec nos différents départements sur site pour assurer une étroite coordination de nos opérations, avec pour objectif la sécurité des hommes et des installations, la fiabilisation de nos équipements, et la réduction des arrêts non programmés.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous êtes amené/e à échanger de façon régulière avec nos équipes techniques internationales au sein du groupe (Opérations industrielles, Maintenance, IT, Industrie 4.0, etc...), et le cas échéant à contribuer à des projets transverses avec d'autres usines.
Profil :
De formation supérieure en Ingénierie, électricité, automatisation ou informatique, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle minimale de 3 ans en tant que spécialiste/ingénieur en automatismes, ou chef de projet automatismes, idéalement dans l'industrie de transformation d'oléagineux, l'industrie pétrolière, gazière ou chimique.
Vous avez de solides connaissances en matière de programmation et de développement logiciel, et des compétences avérées en analyse et résolution de problèmes.
Vous êtes méthodique et rigoureux/se, mais aussi enthousiaste à l'idée d'améliorer continuellement vos connaissances et d'essayer de nouvelles solutions dans un environnement technique exigeant et riche.
Compte-tenu des nombreuses interactions avec nos équipes internationales, la maîtrise avancée de l'anglais est indispensable.
Des déplacements occasionnels en France ou à l'étranger sont à prévoir.
Ce poste est soumis à astreinte.
