As a Senior Industrial Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the formulation of plans, budgets, monthly forecasts, and trend analysis in close cooperation with operational teams.
- Facilitating monthly closing activities and production reporting in accordance with internal Group standards.
- Processing, analyzing, and conveying results to operations and management during monthly and quarterly evaluations.
- Dynamically monitoring various industrial metrics (cost structures, pricing strategies, inventory management...).
- Evaluating trends and discrepancies, recommending corrective measures, and overseeing action plans.
- Overseeing investments and asset management.
- Promoting continuous improvement: Enhancing IT tools (BI) and processes towards greater automation.
- Collaborating with auditors, internal audit teams, Accounting Services, and Operational Departments.
Qualifications:
- Possession of at least a Bac +5 in finance or controlling, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar industrial setting.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented and self-sufficient.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluent in professional English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Inquisitive and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
