Vous serez un acteur important pour développer le chiffre d'affaires et ainsi agrandir votre portefeuille BtoB et BtoC.
En lien avec les équipes marketing et communication, il vous faudra également assurer la fidélisation à nos usages et services.
Pour mener à bien vos missions, il vous faudra notamment :
- Construire une stratégie commerciale avec votre manager
- Développer et fidéliser la relation avec les clients et les consultants
- Présenter notre offre, réaliser des propositions commerciales et négocier les contrats
- Identifier et répondre aux appels d'offre pertinents de notre secteur
- Promouvoir le groupe auprès des grands comptes et ESN
- Piloter les indicateurs de croissance et la réussite de vos objectifs de performance ;
- Réaliser le suivi de votre activité commerciale en travaillant en équipe, en veillant à la satisfaction client et en améliorant les actions commerciales.
