We are looking for an apprentice in alternation for our RSC Operations PME (Process Manufacturing Engineering) department.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the standardization of industrial processes.
Your role within the central PME team will involve participation in selecting standard solutions.

This includes information gathering, sorting, comparing, and sharing for validation with experts in the community in a well-argued manner (QCD & EHS).

The conclusions will be integrated into our product reference libraries and added to our SMP/SML standards.

Document and publish each standard and solution for the entire industrial and technical population via the Share Points/AMS4U document database.

Report to the Fitting PME Central Metier supervisor for coordination of internal/external experts and production sites mandated to work on the standardization objectives.

Within a broad network (Industrial Ops & Performance), you will be responsible for:

Standardization of solutions
Identifying industrial assembly strategies; evaluating the pros and cons of different implemented solutions and proposing alternative quantified solutions.

Drafting standard instruction sheets for selected standard products as part of the product standardization strategy and obtaining validation from industrial expert community.

Contributing to defining assembly time objectives.
Maintaining the industrial database of standard instructions, including ongoing definition of SMP/SML for each product type.
Updating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Tracking asset usage:
Maintaining activities and progress status as per defined schedule.
Collaboratively developing the best standard and proposed improvements with the community.

Your Profile:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree/Bac 5

Technical Skills:
Catia, Visio, Excel, Manufacturing Processes, Mechanics (tolerances, assembly, machining), Continuous Improvement.

Behavioral Skills:
Rigor, autonomy, analytical and synthetic mindset, interpersonal skills, initiative. Capable of facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders (process experts, external engineers, industrial functions, finance, etc.).

Team spirit and good communication abilities.

Fluent in English.

Contract Duration:
Looking for an apprenticeship contract of 24/36 months.
