As part of the Talent Sourcing & Engagement team, you will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partners by actively sourcing candidates (both active and passive) and carrying out engagement activities to ensure high quality recruits from diverse pools of candidates.
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
Analyzing and understanding recruitment needs for a vast portfolio of job families in the EMEA regionPrimarily conducts active recruiting activities: publishing vacancies on various job boards, use of databases, social and professional networksResponsible for filling defined candidate pipelines: analysis of the market and the main players, definition of target companies, identification of potential candidates, etc.Prescreening candidates by phoneNurturing talent leads and building talent communities: Following up candidates by engaging with them over the long term in order to build robust and diverse Talent PoolsSocial media recruitmentWho are you?
- Degree in Business or Human Resources, you will ideally have some initial professional experience in a recruitment agency or in a corporate HR recruitment department (including long-term internship experience or a first job)
- You are at ease on the phone and are used to making contact with a variety of people.
- Your key assets for success: good interpersonal skills, perseverance, a logical mindset, availability, rigour and organisation, for a team spirit, curiosity, drive and enthusiasm. You are also a good listener and combine rigour in reporting with innovation in approaching candidates.
- You have a good command of IT tools (Office, Internet, ATS, social networks).
- Due to the international context of our organisation, a professional level of English is mandatory
