Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager en alternance :
- Concevoir, rédiger et relayer efficacement les messages clés intra BEST et auprès de nos parties prenantes
- Animer les différents canaux de communication appropriés aux différents événements et projets : préparation et pilotage des réunions, animation des sharepoint, newsletter, mail, diffusion ..tant sur le fond que sur la forme
- Soutenir l'équipe de DRH dans la mise en oeuvre des grands sujets à porter auprès des collaborateurs internes
- Apporter du soutien à l'Assistante de Direction dans l'organisation et la coordination des grands événements de communication interne à destination des collaborateurs de notre entité ainsi que les visites des VIP
Poste basé à Levallois Perret (Île-de-France). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d'alternance et présence
En entreprise :
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Périodes de travail de 8 heures
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Profil recherché :
- De formation Bac+2 validée, vous recherchez une alternance d'un an pour un Bac+3
- Vous avez une parfaite aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle
- Vous êtes agile, organisé-e, rigoureux-se, dynamique, force de proposition, et autonome. Ce sont des indispensables dans la réussite de cette alternance
