We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Brand Manager to join our team at OpenClassrooms. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the process of opening new franchises, supporting franchisees in setting up their restaurants, and ensuring that our brand standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the process of opening new franchises
- Support franchisees in setting up their restaurants and ensuring that our brand standards are met
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement communication plans for franchise openings
- Ensure that all communication actions are coordinated and aligned with our overall brand strategy
- Supervise the Web-to-Print platform to ensure that marketing and communication materials are available for our points of sale
- Work with franchisees to personalize and order marketing materials that meet our brand standards
- Treat specific requests from franchisees related to the daily operation of their restaurant
- Provide practical solutions and advice to resolve local issues
- Regularly monitor our franchisee points of sale to ensure their success
- Provide guidance and support to improve performance and compliance with our brand
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Marketing of the Franchise
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in the restaurant or franchise sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Deep understanding of the franchise model and the needs of franchisees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
