Could you be the Team Leader Validation et Vrification - Railway Signaling Products we are looking for in Villeurbanne?### Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in engineering and management of validation and verification in a cutting-edge new domain.
On a daily basis, you will pilot the Validation & Verification activities of railway signaling products for the new computerized interlocking cabin management system on high-speed lines.
We will rely on you to:
- Pilot all Validation & Verification activities, from project development to implementation,
- Adapt V&V strategies to meet customer needs in terms of quality, cost, and time,
- Define and agree on the V&V activity schedule with stakeholders,
- Define the needs for test benches and analysis tools, and oversee their implementation,
- Organize and lead the team in test execution, establish the test report, and investigate and trace detected anomalies,
- Ensure compliance with processes, methods, and reference tools,
- Organize and lead document reviews and verifications,
- Provide support, delivery, and integration of the system to the client.

- Degree in Computer Science from an Engineering School or equivalent university,
- Experience or understanding of V&V project management in transportation or critical systems domains,
- Knowledge of railway signaling or similar control systems,
- Leadership and functional management skills,
- Essential technical English proficiency.
