Au sein de la Direction Opérations & Services IT, le département Infrastructures Cloud assure le support, l'évolution des infrastructures et contribue aux projets métiers, techniques et transversaux du système d'information

Mission:

Intégré à l'équipe « Capacités Cloud », le prestataire aura pour mission de déployer et d'animer la démarche FinOps sur les périmètres onprem et cloud. Le prestataire pilotera et réalisera le déploiement de la démarche avec ses parties prenantes (pilotage budgétaire, responsables applicatifs, achats etc.), animera le comité FinOps mensuel en cours de mise en place. Il fournira les tableaux de bord FinOps et GreenOps via les consoles Cloud, Fruggr pour le GreenOps cloud, et un outil en cours de choix pour le FinOps cloud. Les tableaux de bord FinOps et GreenOps onprem sont fournis par un outillage Excel que le prestataire devra également maintenir (principalement mettre à jour les données, sur la base d'une procédure existante). La démarche projet s'articule autour de 4 chantiers : formation, reporting/visibilité, services FinOps (optimisations, architecture...) et gouvernance. Livrables : Dashboard FinOps et GreenOps (via un outil Excel à maintenir pour onprem, via les consoles natives et un outil en cours de choix pour le cloud). Indicateurs projet de déploiement de la démarche Backlog FinOps Animation, supports et comptes-rendus du comité FinOps
