Nous recherchons un(e) Team Leader pour diriger une équipe de techniciens Service Desk pour notre Centre de Service de Grenoble.
En tant que Team Leader, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion et la coordination de notre équipe informatique, garantissant ainsi le bon fonctionnement de notre infrastructure technologique de notre client.
En tant que Team Leader, vos responsabilités principales incluront :
Gestion d'Équipe : Superviser et encadrer une équipe d'environ une dizaine de techniciens du Service Desk et de proximité. Assurer la cohésion de l'équipe, la formation continue et le développement des compétences.
Gestion des Opérations : Assurer le bon fonctionnement du Service Desk et de l'assistance technique sur site. Gérer les plannings, la répartition des tâches et la résolution des incidents dans les délais impartis. Garantir l'atteinte de nos engagements contractuels.
Support Technique : Apporter un support technique de haut niveau aux membres de l'équipe et aux utilisateurs finaux en cas de besoins complexes ou d'incidents majeurs.
Amélioration Continue : Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et des procédures liés au Service Desk et à la proximité. Proposer des solutions innovantes pour optimiser l'efficacité de l'équipe.
Communication : Assurer une communication fluide entre l'équipe informatique et les autres départements de l'entreprise. Rapporter régulièrement à la direction sur les performances de l'équipe.
Gestion des Ressources : Gérer les ressources matérielles et logicielles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe.
