OpenClassrooms recherche un Brand Manager en contrat d'apprentissage pour un de nos partenaires du secteur de l'entreprise, pour préparer une de ses formations diplômantes reconnues par l'État.
Attention : cette offre ne s'adresse qu'aux candidats à l'alternance qui effectuent leur formation avec OpenClassrooms. Seules les candidatures répondant à ces critères seront étudiées.

Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager en alternance :
- Participation à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie trade marketing
- Participation à l'élaboration du plan trade clients annuel
- Motivation des équipes officinales grâce au challenge : développement d'outils, mise en place de la mécanique challenge sur la plateforme, contacts réguliers avec les équipes terrain
- Création d'outils de visibilité et planogrammes merchandising
- Réaliser et suivre les campagnes de visibilité en point de vente (covering, écrans outdoor, dispositifs in store)
- Développer des outils pour les animatrices et participer à l'organisation d'événements
- Analyser les performances KPI/ROI des différentes actions trade mises en place
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle
Poste basé à Rueil Malmaison (Île-de-France). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d'alternance et présence
En entreprise :
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Périodes de travail de 8 heures
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois

- Actuellement en Master 1 ou 2 (école de commerce ou équivalent) et disponible dès le mois de septembre 2024
