At Haleon, we are in search of a Brand Manager to take on a permanent role within our organization. This position provides an opportunity to influence the trajectory of key Core brands in our portfolio. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for implementing global strategies and executing across all aspects of the marketing mix to meet both short-term and long-term sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapting the global innovation vision to local markets.
- Working collaboratively with sales, research and development, expert teams, and new product development to ensure cohesive execution.
- Partnering with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and provide in-store support.
- Managing brand equity through the effective localization and deployment of global marketing toolkits.
- Leading the creation of annual market activation plans, encompassing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) strategies, while overseeing agency and brand budgets.
- Ensuring excellent execution of marketing programs and initiatives, including media planning, creative development, and digital strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing or commercial management.
- Proven track record in delivering insights-driven consumer communications that contribute to brand share growth.
- Experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmacy, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with panel tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
