Tes missions
- Conduire des recherches stratégiques "haut niveau" qui croisent qualitatif, quantitatif, market research et les traduire en opportunités business
- Sélectionner la bonne méthode de recherche adaptée à différents niveaux de maturité des organisations
- Intégrer les équipes produit dans les démarches de recherche
- Analyser, synthétiser les résultats de la recherche (Qualitative/Quantitative) et prioriser les enseignements sous forme de recommandations pertinentes
- Adapter la communication des résultats de recherche selon les parties prenantes pour optimiser son impact
- Animez des ateliers internes pour rassembler les connaissances existantes ou générer de nouvelles idées
- Mettre en place une synergie au sein des différents pôles (Produit, Business, Marketing, etc.) qui sont impliqués dans la recherche
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des pratiques de Research au sein des équipes.
- Tu donnes de la visibilité et tu t'exprimes de manière synthétique en étant à l'écoute des autres, créant une relation de confiance avec les clients
- Tu t'informes des nouveautés et des meilleures pratiques en Research
- Tu sais te remettre en question et apprendre de tes erreurs pour mieux évoluer.
- You speak English with confidence (Même si quand tu prononces beer, bird, bear ou beard ça se termine en quiproquo )
- Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience en UX Research dans un cabinet de conseil, une scale-up ou un grand groupe
- Tu maîtrises les techniques de recherche qualitative et quantitative
- Ta maîtrise des outils d'analytique est un plus
- Un on-boarding d'une semaine pour rencontrer tes collègues dont 3 jours de formation pour bien démarrer
- Du confort avec deux jours de télétravail par semaine (selon ton client) complétés par un accès à un catalogue de matériels, ainsi qu'un Macbook Air ou un PC selon ta préférence
- Du fun avec des Thigapéros, des Squad-building et un séminaire (en prêtant attention à notre empreinte carbone)
- De l'apprentissage avec des formations et beaucoup de contenus pour te faire monter en compétences
- Et pleins d'autres avantages comme une carte Swile, le remboursement de ton abonnement de transport à 50%/forfait mobilité durable, etc.
- Un premier appel avec Glwadys ou Laura, si ton profil correspond à l'annonce pour checker ta motivation
- Une première rencontre avec avec un·e dirigeant·e de l'équipe Thiga (Associé, Partner ou Principal) pour valider tes acquis
- Une étude de cas avec deux experts du Design pour tester ton savoir-faire.
- Un dernier échange pour apprécier l'entente mutuelle
