Role Overview

As a UX Researcher at Motiff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' product development and ensuring user-centric solutions that are both effective and intuitive. You will have close collaboration with product, design, and development teams to drive action and make independent decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create design research project timelines and plans, and be responsible for completing research projects from start to finish with mentorship and guidance.
  • Choose the appropriate and most effective research methods to address and solve tasks for optimal results.
  • Use a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand user behavior, attitude, or experience.
  • Analyze and synthesize a large amount of information in a purposeful way, describing the process and results in a way that is easy to understand and follow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals and interpret research outcomes effectively.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to turn requests into clear business goals and research objectives.
  • Align research initiatives with the broader company vision and product roadmap.
  • Identify and prioritize crucial research opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 1-3 years of experience in conducting user research or QA.
  • Experience using research tools (i.e. collaboration, participant management, data analysis & presentation tools).
  • Familiarity with UX methods and framework.
  • Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools, particularly Figma, is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and storytelling skills in English are a must.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of driving action and making independent decisions.
