• Challenger la stratégie de distribution actuelle multi-catégories et multi-canal dans le but de contribuer à la création d'une expérience client unique (interne/externe);
• Établir et entretenir des relations gagnant-gagnant avec nos principaux 3PL (Third-Party Logistics);
• Gérer et améliorer continuellement la distribution et le stockage de nos produits afin de garantir le meilleur niveau de service à nos clients et de respecter toutes les lois et réglementations;
• Diriger les coûts pour servir les initiatives sur la base permanente, optimiser les processus, revoir la configuration actuelle et proposer l'automatisation ou l'élimination des activités sans valeur ajoutée;
• Diriger ou contribuer à des initiatives mondiales/locales pour réaliser les stratégies de marché, d'exploitation ou de chaîne d'approvisionnement de PMI.Ce que nous recherchons :
• Diplômé d'une Ecole de Commerce ou d'un 3ème cycle avec une spécialisation logistique ou/et Supply Chain;
• Plus de 10 ans d'expertise éprouvée en matière de logistique et de distribution dans des sociétés multinationales mondiales de produits de grande consommation/électronique;
• Une maîtrise avancée de l'anglais et du français est obligatoire;
• 5+ Expérience en leadership;
• Haut niveau de compétences en gestion de projet, Business Analytics, SAP et PBI;
• Bonne compréhension des processus et systèmes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de bout en bout;
• Expérience consommateur et client;
