Au sein de notre site de Villeurbanne composé de plus de 800 collaborateurs, centre de développement spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques sol et bord (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation), nous développons les nouvelles solutions intelligentes permettant l'exploitation des réseaux de transports ferroviaires.

Software Technical Leader Telecom & Networks (H/F)
Basé(e) à Villeurbanne (69) à 20 min en transports en commun de la gare Part Dieu
En tant que Software Tech Lead et sous la conduite d'un Responsable Logiciel, vous participez au développement du produit NetBox et du produit FRMCS. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, en collaboration avec nos différentes équipes, ainsi qu'un panel large de clients internes.
Le produit NetBox est un calculateur "bord", non vital, intégré dans nos architectures réseau déployées au sein des plateformes de signalisation (SIGNALING), matériel roulant (ROLLING STOCK) et grandes lignes (MAINLINE) que proposent ALSTOM. Le produit intègre à cet effet des modems cellulaires ainsi que des modems Wifi. En plus de son rôle de gestion des communications train-sol, le logiciel NetBox agit comme un routeur IP bord avec des fonctionnalités avancées telles que la gestion de qualité de service, VLAN, translation d'adresse. Par ailleurs, le logiciel NetBox permet d'héberger des applicatifs projets tierces pour répondre à des besoins fonctionnels dans le train (par exemple maintenance centralisée, comptage d'énergie, etc.).
FRMCS « Future Railway Mobile Communication System » (FRMCS) est un développement lié au futur réseau ferroviaire standardisé de communications radio, qui vise notamment à remplacer la technologie GSM-R.
FRMCS aura une architecture flexible et modulaire compatibles avec de nombreuses technologies radio (5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, satellite,...), et permettra d'obtenir un découplage entre applications ferroviaires et technologies de transport.
MISSIONS :
- Définir les solutions techniques pour répondre aux besoins des clients
- Ecriture des spécifications techniques de nos produits
- Arbitrer et valider les choix techniques majeurs en matière de logiciel, en s'appuyant sur des revues de conception métier
- Définir la stratégie de test logiciel de ces solutions, en prenant en considération la définition des exigences fonctionnelles, opérationnelles, les interfaces et les exigences en matière de performance, de sureté, de sécurité et de maintenabilité
- Supporter la maintenance du logiciel et contribuer à la veille technologique
- Assurer une interface technique avec les clients utilisateurs, les équipes techniques de Villeurbanne, tout au long du cycle de développement logiciel
- Appliquer et garantir les process et standards du métier
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue (REX, process, ...)
PROFIL RECHERCHE:
(H/F) diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac+5 en informatique de type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire.
Vous avez une expérience significative dans un environnement à forte technicité (électronique/informatique embarquée/réseaux industriels), idéalement dans la conception et le développement des systèmes embarqués.
Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité de synthèse, adaptabilité, vous savez travailler en équipe, notamment dans des environnements multiculturels et multidisciplinaires. Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, dans un souci de transparence et avec une communication claire.
Vous avez de bonnes bases dans les applications sur des OS temps réels, Linux, les langages C et Python.
Vous êtes véritablement passionné(e) par le logiciel, les nouvelles technologies, force de proposition, vous aimez travailler en équipe et en réseau dans un environnement agile et multiculturel. Votre rigueur, votre capacité à solutionner des problématiques techniques et votre aptitude à la prise de décisions seront vos atouts pour réussir dans votre mission.
