Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Communication Jean Paul Gaultier Parfums, le ou la Chargé(e) de Communication & Influence Jean Paul Gaultier Parfums aide au développement de la stratégie influence et de la visibilité de la marque à travers les différentes activations et évènements.
Votre mission principale sera de développer une relation étroite avec tous les marchés internationaux et de veiller à la mise en place de la stratégie influence et à l'image de la marque.
Vous aurez aussi un rôle dans la construction de la stratégie et des guidelines influence ainsi que dans l'organisation des évènements et activations locales des divers lancements de la maison.
Fonctions et Responsabilités :
- Être garant avec l'équipe communication de l'image et visibilité de la marque Jean Paul Gaultier en parfaite adéquation avec l'ADN de la Maison de mode
- Mise en place de la stratégie influence, création de guidelines et constitution des casting locaux en lien étroit avec les marchés).
- Coordination quotidienne des marchés locaux avec la création d'un calendrier global de tous les projets de la marque (timeline, deadline, besoins et objectifs).
- Organisation et coordination des activations et évènements locaux et régionaux (lancements, voyages de création de contenu, photoshooting, seeding, etc...) .
- Management d'un showroom prêt-à-porter (envois, retours, pressing et préparation des looks pour les différents shooting) avec l'aide de deux alternantes.
- Faire l'analyse et bilan des actions marchés en lien avec les responsables locaux afin de créer un rapport global et permettre la comparaison sur chaque activation.
Profil recherché :
- Education : Formation Bac +4/5
- Expérience : 3-4 ans
- Langues : Français et Anglais obligatoires – l'Espagnol serait un plus.
Compétences :
- Gestion multi-projets, capacité à travailler en transverse et en collaboration avec d'autres départements, une expérience significative dans la logistique et l'organisation évènementielle serait un plus.
- Vision stratégique, et excellente tenue des sujets opérationnels
- Excellente sensibilité esthétique, luxe, mode, beauté
- Ouverture d'esprit aux valeurs de la maison qui sont la diversité et l'inclusivité
- Excellente qualité relationnelle, bonne gestion des collaborateurs externes, capacité à dialoguer et échanger avec des équipes variées
