Job description

The Insight product is a novel product delivering timely and relevant market reports and news to our users. Working closely with designers, engineers, and fellow product managers, you will responsible for building a world-class experience to access those key insights (reports, news, data updates etc..) with deep links into Kpler's proprietary data.

As Product Manager for our Insight Crew, you will gain a deep understanding of all our different user personas, and come up with solutions that make Kpler Terminal seamlessly integrated into their daily workflows, so that they can find the data they need, aggregate it and display it in no time.

Note: This role will be remote-first working from Europe with a preference to be based in London.

Your missions

Developing a deep understanding of Kpler platforms and customers' needs
Building ambitious and innovative propositions to address our customers' needs
Engaging customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure the product fits the demand
Acting as the gatekeeper for the Insight product and developing novel approaches to surface reports and news to users.
Working closely with the engineering teams on the execution
Managing and prioritising the requirements backlog to fit business needs in your crew/squad
Follow the product governance best practices and agile methodologies
Working daily with the engineers and analysts to solve problems, test features, and make decisions during development
Assessing competition trends and functionalities so to stay competitive
Creating product marketing collaterals to support sales initiatives
Developing internal and external product training plans
Communicating the value proposition of any new product developed
Working with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to push the adoption of the product
Never stop learning and sharing

You may be a fit if...

You have at least 3/5 years experience as a product manager in B2B, delivering data-oriented products
You have strong interest into building a great user experience for data and reports and news solutions
You have strong interest in the commodities market or good knowledge relative to the energy market (a relevant experience in the industry would be a plus)
You have experience in designing user interfaces, web applications, mobile applications.
You have an excellent analytical ability, at ease with working with databases, ability to highlight trends and use complex data to support decisions
You can translate business requirements into effective product design, delivering end-to-end user experience solutions
You are a true and kind team player, quick learner, and able to work with short deadlines across different tasks
You are a great storyteller and communicator
You are native or bilingual in English (mandatory)
