Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Opérations AXA, le Manager de l'Assistance contribue activement aux résultats de son pôle d'activité.

Vous aurez pour missions principales

Management et animation d'équipe :


• Vous partagez la vision d'entreprise avec votre équipe et assurez les relais d'information au sein de l'organisation ;

• Vous déclinez auprès de votre équipe les objectifs et diffusez les indicateurs liés aux résultats et à la performance ;

• Vous veillez au bon respect des règles de fonctionnement interne de votre service ;

• Vous animez et supervisez l'ensemble des collaborateurs de votre service en développant leur initiative, anticipation et motivation à travers des actions de formation, d'accompagnement et de développement professionnel ;

• Vous réalisez les entretiens annuels de performance de vos collaborateurs directs.

Le pilotage de l'activité opérationnelle :


• Vous définissez les objectifs individuels et collectifs de votre équipe et organisez la distribution des tâches ;

• Pour atteindre ses objectifs, vous optimisez la gestion des flux en définissant et en vous appuyant sur des tableaux de bord de pilotage et de suivi d'activité ;

• Vous assurez le suivi et l'analyse de l'activité, identifiez les écarts et proposez des actions correctives ;

• Vous optimisez la continuité du service en garantissant les relais organisationnels

La garantie de la Qualité de service continue :


• Vous veillez au respect des processus qualité et exercez un contrôle Qualité continu afin de garantir un niveau de satisfaction client optimum ;

• Vous êtes le garant de l'atteinte des objectifs « qualité » de votre service.

• Vous contribuez activement au pilotage et l'animation des formations de votre équipe.

• Vous pourrez également à la demande de votre Responsable hiérarchique participer à tout projet relevant de votre périmètre de responsabilité, et prendre part à l'activité opérationnelle si le contexte l'exige.

Compétences/Profil

• Expérience significative en management opérationnel et hiérarchique

• Expérience du pilotage opérationnel de l'activité apprécié

• Forte orientation Qualité de service client

• Capacités à convaincre et à fédérer

• Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication

• Maîtrise des outils de suivi d'activité, savoir définir les indicateurs de tableaux de bord

• Maîtrise des outils téléphoniques et informatiques

• Anglais niveau B2 selon le cadre Européen des Langues
