The goal of our Product Team is to build the best product on its market to satisfy more than 300,000 clients. We believe companies need to listen to their customers and find attractive ways to meet their needs. With a Product Team of around 40 people (Product Managers, Designers, UX Writers and Researchers, Content Managers, Knowledge Managers and Specialists), we're looking for a Product Manager. You'll be working with all the teams across the company : designers, marketing, customer success, development etc.
As a Product Manager, you will:
Manage a very challenging product roadmap shared with all the teamsTrack the overall market and competitive dynamic and suggest new features Listen to our customers to identify new opportunitiesMake sure everybody in the company always have the same level of information on the productSynchronize the work of all the teams across the company on new product developmentsWork on the discovery, solutioning, specifications and delivery with your team (designer, researcher and developers)Track and follow your business and product KPIs. Collaborate with an international team based across the world (Paris, US, India, Bulgaria...)Work closely with a large team of UX Designers, Researchers and so on. We have a lot of design-oriented projects. We are growing very quickly, we have a lot of challenges to work on and you will constantly work on improving our user experience. By working with us, you will have a direct impact on the company and on the teamWhat will contribute to your success: 2 to 4 years of experience in a product-based web company, ideally building a SaaS toolEnglish fluencyCritical and creative thinking with an analytical & open mindUnderstanding of the technical part when neededKnowhow on some prototyping and designing tools (Sketch, Balsamiq, InVision etc.)Good sense of design and what make a great UXEffectively interact with others to build relationships, influence, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and information. Use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situationsContinuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment, own growth, and embrace failure as a learning opportunityThe ability and willingness to make continuous improvements.
