The Team Overview
As a Product Knowledge Manager, you will be an integral part of Doctolib's Product division, collaborating closely with product managers and customer-facing teams on a daily basis.
Our primary objectives include:
- Establishing and sustaining a well-structured and easily navigable product knowledge repository.
- Disseminating this knowledge to the appropriate audience at the optimal time, ensuring that all users, including patients, healthcare professionals, and Doctolib employees, fully understand our suite of solutions.
Your Role
Doctolib is in search of a proficient Product Knowledge Manager to enhance our team. Acting as the liaison between product managers and essential stakeholders, you will be crucial in refining processes, ensuring timely coordination, and promoting effective communication. Additionally, you will represent Product Knowledge at Doctolib, spearheading internal initiatives such as product training sessions and live demonstrations to boost adoption and comprehension. Help us redefine the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and uphold Product Knowledge processes and best practices: Collaborate closely with product managers, evaluate and enhance existing processes, always striving for the highest quality standards.
- Oversee Product Knowledge KPIs: Track relevant KPIs and compile monthly reports.
- Lead and nurture the Product Champions community.
- Manage the internal promotion of product training sessions and track their completion.
- Develop and introduce new rituals, milestones, or processes to elevate our work quality, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry standards.
- Create a comprehensive library that consolidates all product knowledge resources, making them accessible to all Doctolib employees.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing results and integrating insights.
- Supervise the Product Knowledge and training working student.
Who You Are

- You possess over 5 years of professional experience, including a background in knowledge management, knowledge enablement, or product management.
- You exhibit a proactive attitude, are collaborative, and maintain a positive outlook.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a structured and methodical approach.
- You demonstrate excellent advisory skills, capable of uniting stakeholders around your vision, along with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
Interview Process
- Initial 45-minute interview with the Talent Partner.
- Follow-up 60-minute interview with the Product Knowledge Team Manager.
- Case study assessment.
- Final interview with the Head of Product Marketing & Knowledge.
