Au sein du département des opérations, tu auras pour objectif d'améliorer la qualité du parcours client et de faciliter/faire évoluer les processus internes.
Afin de mener à bien cet objectif, tes missions seront les suivantes :
- Assurer la mise en œuvre, l'évolution et le suivi des procédures opérationnelles (entrée en relation avec les clients, support clients...) ;
- Mettre à disposition des données quantitatives et qualitatives pour accompagner les équipes Stancer ;
- Automatisation : développer l'usage et la mise en œuvre des outils d'automatisation au sein de Stancer (automation) ;
- Gérer les projets en cours et à venir (évolutions bureautiques, refonte des procédures opérationnelles, choix des outils...) .
Profil recherché
La gestion de projets/des opérations fait partie intégrante de ton stage, tu disposes donc d'une première expérience dans ce domaine.
En tant qu'étudiant(e) à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études, tu es :
- Doté d'un esprit logique
- Force de proposition
- Polyvalent(e) et organisé(e) ;
- Doté(e) d'une excellente capacité de communication.
Une connaissance des logiciels/technologies tels que : Grafana, n8n, Zapier, langage SQL ainsi que du secteur de la finance et des fintechs est un plus.
