Missions :
* Develop and execute a global strategic marketing plan in collaboration with product lines, regional marketing managers, and sales teams,
* Continuously improve the marketing function, including talent, structure, processes, tools, and techniques,
* Define specific objectives for the marketing organization and measure the business and brand impact of marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs. Understand the competitive landscape and define approaches to differentiate our value propositions in the market,
* Manage relationships with agencies and external marketing partners,
* Manage the global marketing budget.
Missions :
* Développer et exécuter un plan stratégique marketing mondial en lien avec les lignes de produits, les marketing, Manager Régionaux et les équipes commerciales,
* Améliorer continuellement la fonction marketing, y compris les talents, la structure, les processus, les outils et les techniques,
* Définir des objectifs spécifiques pour l'organisation marketing et mesurerez l'impact commercial et de marque des initiatives marketing à l'aide de métriques et de KPIs bien définis, vous comprendrez le paysage concurrentiel et définir des approches pour différencier nos propositions de valeur sur le marché,
* Gérer les relations avec les agences et les partenaires marketing externe,
* Gérer le budget marketing monde.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Minimum of an engineering or marketing degree,
* At least 10 years of professional experience in strategic B2B marketing management roles in the manufacturing industry to the paper/board industry is mandatory,
* Excellent leadership skills and good understanding of P&L data and financial modeling.
Compétences :
* Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou marketing minimum,
* Au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans des rôles de Direction Stratégie Marketing B2B dans l'industrie manufacturière en lien avec l'industrie du carton/papier,
* Anglais courant ; excellentes compétences de leadership et bonne compréhension des données de P&L et de la modélisation financière.
