Votre quotidien d'UX designer chez nous est d'accompagner les projets dans toutes les phases de notre processus de design.
Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Comprendre les besoins de nos utilisateurs et les traduire en potentielles solutions ;
- Effectuer le Benchmarker et challenger les interfaces existantes ;
- Itérer sur des prototypes low et high fidelity ;
- Assister les lignes métier dans leur changement digital en accompagnant leur réflexion, s'adapter à la langue des développeurs, notamment dans les spécifications, et celle des spécialistes financiers ;
- Designer des solutions efficaces et savoir défendre leur pertinence ;
- Enrichir notre méthodologie et challenger nos outils, contribuer au déploiement des principes et process UX au sein du groupe Société Générale.
Profil recherché
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) de niveau Bac +5 en Université, école de commerce, d'ingénieur avec une spécialité en Création numérique ou en UX Design.
- Idéalement, vous avez une expérience préalable dans la conception de produits numériques. Encore mieux si vous pouvez nous montrer le résultat d'un de vos projets « dans la vraie vie ».
- Vous savez communiquer avec des non-designers et expliquer vos choix méthodologiques. Vous êtes autonome et savez prendre des initiatives.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les systèmes complexes et les interfaces à forte densité d'information.
- Vous maîtrisez Figma et êtes capable de livrer des prototypes prêts pour les développeurs.
- HTML/CSS ainsi que Bootstrap ne vous sont pas inconnus. Savoir coder n'est pas obligatoire, mais vous devez être prêt à apprendre pour vraiment maîtriser notre Design System.
- Vous êtes ouvert à des disciplines autres que la conception d'interface pure. Notre équipe a l'opportunité de travailler avec des product managers, responsables commerciaux ou encore des data scientists (pour ne nommer que quelques domaines) , alors montrez-nous que vous êtes passionné par le design sous toutes ses formes
- Vous avez la capacité de vous approprier des problématiques avec l'envie de les résoudre, même si tout n'est pas toujours clair. Le métier de designer implique parfois de clarifier ces zones de flou.
