Quel rôle devrez-vous tenir ?

Principales responsabilités

1) il est l'expert transversal « Marché & Shopper » pour la catégorie sevrage tabagique en pharmacie.

Dans ce cadre il analyse ses catégories, identifie les leviers de développement et propose ses recommandations d'activation à la Direction Commerciale ainsi qu'aux équipes Marketing du Cluster Europe du Sud. Il fournit des informations catégorielles pertinentes basées sur les comportements des consommateurs et des tendances de consommation.

Il participe à la mise en place des cycles de ventes avec les différents responsables commerciaux des réseaux. Il co-construit en coordination avec les équipes marketing cluster, l'équipe marketing professionnel, et l'équipe commerciale pharmacie, le plan de formation et d'accompagnement des équipes terrain pour assurer la montée en compétence, le suivi des priorités business et l'impact auprès des pharmaciens et des équipes officinales.

2) Il est le contact Brand Activation de la catégorie sevrage tabagique pour le Cluster et le Management JJSBF

A partir de la stratégie marketing globale, Il adapte un plan d'activation local pour la marque Nicorette dont il a la charge afin d'assurer une excellence opérationnelle de premier plan auprès de nos consommateurs en France.

Il développe ainsi en coordination avec les équipes marketing, le plan shopper POS et sell-out "Perfect Store" local (channels, assortiment, merchandising, PLV). Il crée et suit les campagnes médias à activer en point de vente (vitrines, écrans digitaux...), partage en interne les bilans de ces campagnes et apporte ses recommandations.

Il recommande les investissements BTL (BME) liés, gère, optimise et respecte les enveloppes budgétaires allouées.

Il est le représentant Catégories/Brand Activation local dans la squad Selfcare pour la marque Nicorette.

3) il est l'interlocuteur des KAM sur les projets et partenariats de Category Management de la catégorie Sevrage Tabagique :

Il travaille en coordination étroite avec les Key Account Managers pharmacie et parapharmacie.

Avec l'équipe Key Account Managers, il participe à la mise en place des partenariats potentiels avec nos groupements partenaires et à la bonne exécution des plans Trade pour la pharmacie pour sa marque.

4) il collabore avec nos prestataires partenaires sur les actions Sell Out de ses marques

  • notre prestataire merchandising, en participant à ses temps forts (briefs, séminaire, bilans...).
  • notre partenaire en activation média points de vente
  • notre partenaire élaborant nos PLV

Le Brand Activation & Catman Manager Sevrage Tabagique travaille en forte interaction avec les KAMs, le marketing cluster, le marketing professionnel France, les équipes réglementaires, la BI, les achats, la supply et les équipes terrain.

Qualifications

Profil souhaité :

Bac 5 / école commerce-ingénieur

Minimum 6-8 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions commerciales, category management, marketing.

Connaissance du circuit Pharmacie.

Anglais courant

Qualifications :

Ce poste requiert leadership, capacité de travail et d'analyse, de conviction auprès de nombreuses parties prenantes (clients, équipes internes locales et cluster).

Enthousiaste et curieux, il sait travailler en équipe, et est capable de piloter plusieurs projets en lien avec des interlocuteurs variés.
