About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage the facilities maintenance program, including maintenance repairs and overall operations, to ensure adherence to business continuity plans and manufacturing standards.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams, and progressive maintenance.
- Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities, and deliver company objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety and GMP standards.
- An engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, spare parts management, and SAP PM module end-user knowledge.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
