The Philips BReakthrough Innovation TEams (BRITE) are the embodiment of Philips' new approach to driving breakthrough innovation. The BRITE approach accelerates innovation by being the organizational sandbox to nurture nascent projects from the early innovation stage to the full ability to scale.

The BRITE Program Leads, reporting directly to Research, will be the key leaders for individual BRITE programs, with full end-to-end responsibility, as role models with intrapreneurial characteristics of agility, creativity, speed, and drive (to name a few).

Your role:

  • You will be responsible for transforming the Product Management concepts into product requirements. You will engineer system requirements from various inputs, contribute to prototype delivery and to the product development following the Quality Management Processes. Once the product is released, you will be highly instrumental in transferring the product knowledge to the product management and professional services teams.
  • You will be instrumental in designing an innovative clinical data platform providing real-time analytics. Your main scope may include the design of a cloud analytics platform, the definition of the data storage and interfaces and the design of the user facing web applications.
  • You will need to interact with architecture, software development, verification teams, and others to ensure that the products meet our quality, performance, and scalability expectations in a time constrained environment. Along with Product Managers and Professional Services, you may interact with customers to turn their requirements into product design/product vision.

Experience and skills

  • Strong ability to design user-focused, complex software products
  • Capacity to aggregate needs and constraints from multiple stakeholders into consistent solutions
  • Problem solving, and an in-depth understanding of the process of turning complex technologies into easy-to-use and reliable products
  • Ability to successfully establish and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders including R&D team members, Product Managers, Project Managers, IT resources, Sales, and Support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in SaaS and/or Cloud-deployment products is a plus

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in product development or equivalent preferably in the healthcare or software development industry
  • Experience with cloud native applications is a plus
  • Certification in Systems Engineering, Requirement Engineering, System Modeling or equivalent is a plus

Les responsables des programmes BRITE, relevant directement du département Research, seront les principaux meneurs de chaque programme BRITE, avec l'entière responsabilité de bout en bout, en tant que rôle model présentant des caractéristiques intrapreneuriales d'agilité, de créativité, de rapidité et de dynamisme (parmi d'autres).

Votre Rôle :

  • Vous transformerez les concepts des responsable produit en spécifications. Vous définirez les spécifications système à partir de nombreuses sources, contribuerez la réalisation de prototypes et au développement des produits en accord avec le système qualité de l'entreprise. A l'issue du développement, vous serez clef dans la transmission de la connaissance produit vers les équipes Services.
  • Votre rôle sera déterminant dans la réalisation d'une plateforme innovante de stockage et d'analyse de données cliniques. Vos assignations principales pourront inclure la conception d'une plateforme cloud d'analyse des données, la définition des interfaces et du stockage des données et/ou la conception des applications web pour les utilisateurs.
  • Vous interagirez avec les architectes, les équipes de développement, les équipes de vérification et validation ainsi que les représentants d'autres équipes pour vous assurer que les produits atteignent les attentes de qualité, performances et évolutivité tout en respectant les contraintes projets. Avec les Responsables Produits et les équipe Services, vous pourrez être amené à interagir avec les utilisateurs finaux pour intégrer leurs besoins en un design produit.

Experience et compétences

  • Solides expériences en ingénierie des exigences et en ingénierie système
  • Aptitude avérée à concevoir des logiciels complexes, centrés sur l'utilisateur
  • Capacité à consolider les besoins et contraintes de multiples parties prenantes dans des solutions cohérentes
  • Approche méthodique pour la résolution de problèmes et la transformation des solutions techniques complexe en produits intuitifs et fiables.
  • Capacité à établir et maintenir d'excellent relations de travail avec de nombreux rôles dans l'entreprise, y compris les membres de la R&D, les Responsables Produits, les Responsables Projets, les équipe IT, Ventes, Support et Services
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite, en français et anglais
  • Solides aptitudes relationnelles, en présentation et en négociation
  • Une expérience en SaaS et/ou en produits Cloud serait un plus

Diplômes et formations requises

  • Anglais courant obligatoire
  • Niveau Ingénieur·e généraliste, informatique ou d'une formation équivalente
  • 3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans le développement de produits, idéalement dans les domaines de la santé ou de l'informatique
  • Formations ou certifications en ingénierie système, ingénierie des exigences (IREB) ou SysML seraient un plus
  • Une expérience dans la conception d'applications natives Cloud serait un plus
