Le poste de Sales Performance Manager H/F



Rattaché à la Directrice Commerciale, vos missions en tant que Sales Performance Manager H/F seront :

* Entretenir une collaboration étroite avec l'ensemble des équipes sites et des équipes ventes et revenu au siège,
* Être le référent de nos outils commerciaux auprès de l'ensemble des équipes du siège & des sites (ANAIS, CVENT, ) : Vous formez les équipes, communiquez les best practices, suivez les différents KPIS et êtes support sur l'ensemble des questions d'utilisations/erreurs/optimisation,
* Définir et améliorer les process commerciaux impliquant l'équipe commerciale, les Revenue Managers et les Directeurs d'Établissements : Gestion et suivi des cotations, optimisation des temps de réponse, respect et amélioration des process, bonnes qualifications des demandes ; suivi des KPIs Groupes ; mise en application et suivi des différentes grilles de tarifs corporate,
* Être chargé de suivre la bonne qualification du CA Corporate avec les sites : Identification des noms de société, suivi des procédures de New Business (envoi des leads, tracking, etc.),
* Participer aux réunions commerciales (centrales et locales avec les Directeurs d'Établissements) : Partage de best practices globaux, présentation et analyse des KPIs.

Le profil recherché

Diplômé d'une formation spécialisée en commerce (idéalement Bac +5 minimum de type école de commerce ou université), vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Commercial acquise dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie ou des services (stages/alternances compris).

Vous disposez d'un esprit analytique, avez la capacité à résoudre des problèmes et êtes orienté résultats

Vous êtes animé par la passion du client, vous aimez partager avec les autres et transmettre les bonnes pratiques

Vous justifiez d'un niveau d'anglais opérationnel à l'oral à l'écrit.
