Subsea7 is on the look for experienced Accountant to join our team in Suresnes- Paris office

Responsibilities

• AP accounting: posting and follow up of AP relations with vendors and Finance Resource Center (FRC UK) team in resolution of issues.
• Monthly breakdowns on vendors accounts
• Vendors "call back procedure" to ensure that vendors master files are correctly reported.
• SAP Concur (expense claims): support FRC team in expense claims checking & support to employees.
• Cost review and prepaid analysis
• Production of VAT returns
• In charge of annual vendors returns (DAS2)
• Responsible for Banque de France inquiries (EFI)
• Monthly DSN returns.
• Analytical postings in relation with cost control department and Office management department
• Margin analysis
• Bank postings
• HR & Legal payments (indemnities, salary, taxes...)
• Fixed assets management and posting
• Preparation of Equity reconciliation
• Preparation of balance sheet analysis reconciliations
• Preparation of CIT return, including financial statements and notes to P&L and balance sheet
• Intercompany recharge

Key qualifications/ experience

• Degree in accounting
• Skills:
  • 5 years working experience in similar position
  • SAP, Excel
• Languages
  • English fluent
