Les hpitaux recueillent de multiples donnes de sant lors de lhospitalisation dun patient : comptes rendus mdicaux observations du personnel soignant rsultats dexamens etc.
lchelle de lhpital cela reprsente une quantit massive de donnes qui sont largement sousexploites. Sancare propose des outils prdictifs utilisant les dernires avances en intelligence artificielle pour mettre ces donnes au service des hpitaux et de la sant.
Notre premier produit est dj utilis par une quarantaine de groupement hospitalier. Il permet la dtection automatique de diagnostics partir de documents en texte libre et autres donnes contenus dans les dossiers patients visualisables dans une interface web intuitive et ergonomique et fait gagner du temps aux mdecins et leurs assistants administratifs. Nous dveloppons en parallle un nouvel outil facilitant la conduite dtudes en vie relle pour valuer des mdicaments et dispositifs mdicaux. Vu le fort impact potentiel de ce projet sur la recherche clinique lattente de la part de diffrents acteurs de la sant (notamment hpitaux et laboratoires pharmaceutiques) est considrable.
Lquipe de Sancare est compose de presque 50 collaborateurs spcialises dans le dveloppement informatique le machine learning et la sant. Nous avons de plus la chance dtre accompagns par des chercheurs reconnus dans le domaine du machine learning ainsi que par des mdecins et experts du monde de la sant.
Nous recherchons une Engineering manager / Head of Infrastructure and Delivery souhaitant rejoindre une quipe dynamique exprimente et motive afin dacclrer larrive de nos solutions en rupture dans le monde de la sant.
Afin de continuer renforcer nos quipes techniques nous cherchons un Engineering manager / Head of Infrastructure and Delivery qui travaillera en binme avec notre VP Engineer.

Missions principales :
- Accompagne le CTO pour amliorer durablement la qualit des rsultats des quipes Infrastructure et Delivery dans le temps et assurer le delivery et la production
- Coordonner et superviser les quipes techniques responsables de larchitecture Infra de Sancare et du dploiement terrain des solutions dveloppes.
**Leadership Managrial :**
- Diriger et inspirer une quipe Infrastructure et Delivery dingnieurs talentueux en mettant en uvre les meilleures pratiques. Nos quipes ont toujours t autonomes depuis la cration de SANCARE et cela fait partie de notre ADN.
- Garantir lapplication de la mthodologie Agile Scrum et promouvoir lamlioration continue des processus.
**Collaboration Interfonctionnelle :**
- Travailler en troite collaboration avec les quipes de produit de conception et de direction pour atteindre les objectifs stratgiques.
- Garantir la coordination transverse des projets interquipes.
**Gestion des Ressources :**
- Participation active aux recrutements et la rtention des profils techniques de lentreprise
- Grer les ressources techniques et budgtaires de manire efficace.
- Grer les valuations le coaching des quipes INFRA et DELIVERY.

- Une organisation du travail flexible (109 jours de tltravail par anne civile pour les salaris en forfait jour: soit deux jours de tltravail possibles par semaine et ce forfait pourra tre port 131 jours de tltravail si les salaris au forfait jour justifient dun temps de dplacement domicilebureau suprieur 3h par jour: soit trois quatre jours de tltravail possibles par semaines pour les personnes plus d1h30 du bureau)

Chez Sancare on nest jamais labri dun apro ou dun cours de streetart Des retours dexprience rguliers dans des formats varis (afterworks sminaires ) pour valoriser le partage dides et la connaissance commune.
- Vous avez dj au moins une premire exprience russie en tant quEngineering Manager et ou CTO et avez dj eu grer une quipe de 5 10 profils tech dans un contexte de startup / scaleup
- Exprience avre en tant que leader technique de prfrence en tant que directeur technique VP Engineering ou poste quivalent.
- Solide comprhension des technologies dinfrastructure des architectures cloud et des mthodologies agiles ( Linux/DevOps/CI/CD/)
- Capacit dmontre prendre des dcisions claires rsoudre des problmes complexes et grer des quipes performantes.
- Excellentes comptences en communication et en gestion relationnelle.
- Capacit quilibrer la vision long terme avec lexcution immdiate.
- Orientation vers les rsultats et capacit travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
