Equipment Data Coordinator

NES Fircroft are looking for Equipment data management coordinator on a 12-month contract based South West Paris, France for our EPC client.

Location: Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: 12 months
Rate: € negotiable

Key responsibilities:
Main duties:
• As part of the equipment team, the coordinator shall ensure key technical information belonging to equipment vendors, from tag to detailed attribute, is created and updated in project database.
• The data base is used to generate regularly during project execution various lists, such as equipment list, weight control report, bill of quantity for construction, local regulation registers, and to share one source of useful information to various users on the project.
• Occasional travel abroad is required; insurances and costs are covered by the client

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Oil & gas equipment
  • Knowledge of equipment vendor documentation such as P&ID, general arrangement , line list, instrument list.
Requirements:
  • Must have oil and gas experience
  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must speak French and English and be eligible to work in the EU
