The Service Infrastructure de la Défense plays a crucial role in construction, property maintenance, and energy management. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee project coordination and data evaluation, ensuring the efficient functioning of various infrastructure divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and assess data from infrastructure divisions
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation
  • Establish protocols for document management and tool creation
  • Facilitate cross-departmental missions affecting infrastructure divisions
  • Supervise and manage maintenance activities
  • Create and improve activity dashboards and performance indicators
  • Enhance communication within the division and organization
  • Support the infrastructure coordinator in strategic site oversight
  • Conduct site inspections and participate in training sessions
Qualifications:

Experience in infrastructure divisions is advantageous. Familiarity with the construction sector is vital for this position.
