Role: Dutch speaking Customer AdvisorLocation: Paris, FranceSalary: between 1600-1700 EUR net p/mWorking hrs: 36 hrs p/week rotational between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday The Company: Our client is a leading global service provider with more than 200 sites in 25 countries on three continents and has around 130,000 employees. For their international office near Paris, they are looking for fluent Dutch speakers to join their customer support team. The RoleIn this role you will represent one of the world's largests global car brands. As a Customer Advisor for the Dutch and Belgium market, you will be receiving inbound calls, emails and live chats from existing customers, answering general queries regarding dealerships location, cars, warranties etc and you will also deal with technical queries in relation to the vehicle’s GPS, Bluetooth and smartphone connection. Besides this, you will handle complaints, take ownership of the issue and solve them in a timely manner.

Requirements The successful candidate should:Be fluent in Dutch and EnglishHas previous customer service experience Is organized and has flexible attitudeHas an interest in cars (desired, not a must)Be in Paris already or is able to relocate on their own as no relocation package is offered
Offer
Salary and BenefitsCDI 36h/week + training session (2 weeks)Hours of operation - Monday to Saturday. Operation hours : 8am to 8pm, Monday to SaturdayMonthly salary gross 1766,96€+ 152€ monthly gross for the English language (our official language)+ 152€ monthly gross for Dutch+ 152€ monthly gross as a performance bonus - 1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality and productivityMedical and life insurance25 days off + 6 days RTT50% of the public transport fee reimbursedAccess to the restaurant of the company, and to the Work Council.
