Quadient, anciennement Neopost, est un des leaders (1.1 milliard de CA en 2021) de la communication numérique (10eme éditeurs de logiciel Français 2022) et physique. Quadient aide quotidiennement des centaines de milliers d’entreprises à travers le monde en regroupant désormais ses activités physiques et digitales en trois grands domaines d’activité :
L’Automatisation intelligente des communications (ICA)
Les Solutions liées au Courrier (MRS)
Les Consignes Colis automatiques (PLS)
Ta mission
En tant que BDR, ta mission est d’évangéliser une cible PME, générer des opportunités commerciales, et participer activement à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients.
Ton objectif ? Attirer les prospects, et pré-chauffer des leads appétents. Et ce, en mettant en place une stratégie d’acquisition en multi-canal.
Ton quotidien
Identifier et contacter les prospects qui pourraient être nos futurs clients : DG, DAF, RAF, DRH, DSI
Tu es en charge de faire croitre et animer une verticale / région stratégique de clients potentiels
Mener des campagnes de nurturing (inbound / outbound) multi-canal : tél, e-mail, et social-selling afin de détecter des opportunités
Réaliser une détection de projet par téléphone à haut volume pour générer des leads qualifiés depuis Salesforce (environ 60 appels par jour)
Qualifier les leads entrants générés par nos campagnes marketing et planifier les RDV’s clés à fort potentiel pour ton binôme commercial
Mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’acquisition et PAC en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs commerciaux terrains (acquisition & fidélisation)
Créer ton propre pipe de prospects afin de faire maturer ton portefeuille jusqu’à l’intention d’achat
Planifier et mener des appels de découverte afin d’évaluer les besoins spécifiques des prospects et leur horizon de passage à l’action
Tu es un artiste du growth : scraping ; mailing ; lead generation (sales navigator, salesforce, lusha, ...)
Enrichir le CRM de données qualitatives (comptes, prospects)
Participer aux évènements stratégiques globaux (salons, tables rondes, …) ainsi qu’à des évènements régionaux aux côtés de ton binôme commercial
Ton profil
Tempérament de “chasseur”, et appétence pour le développement commercial, tu es pugnace, et orienté résultats.
Bon communicant, tu disposes d’une orthographe irréprochable, et le téléphone est ton meilleur ami.
Enfin, tu allies autonomie et travail d’équipe pour être force de proposition et atteindre tes objectifs.
