Le poste de HR Manager H/F



Au sein de l'équipe RH, vous jouez un rôle-clé dans le développement et la gestion des collaborateurs de votre périmètre. Vous êtes responsable de la mise en oeuvre des stratégies RH, et êtes en charge de décliner les plans d'action RH. Partenaire pour les équipes de direction, vous alignez les objectifs de l'entreprise avec les stratégies de gestion des talents.

Pour ce faire, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

* Développer et mettre en oeuvre les politiques RH du Groupe,
* Conseiller et soutenir les Managers sur les questions de gestion des performances, de développement de carrière et de gestion RH au quotidien,
* Accompagner les collaborateurs de votre périmètre,
* Gérer les programmes de rémunération et de bénéfices, en veillant à l'équité interne,
* Promouvoir les valeurs du Groupe et les faire vivre au quotidien,
* Produire et analyser les indicateurs RH,
* Participer aux projets RH Groupe.

Le profil recherché

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 8 ans à un poste de HRBP au sein d'un Groupe vous ayant permis d'appréhender les politiques RH et leur déploiement. Votre niveau d'anglais est opérationnel et vous permet d'évoluer au sein d'un Groupe international.

Proactif, orienté solutions, communicant, vous souhaitez vous épanouir à un poste à dominante gestion des carrières/développement tout en restant généraliste, au sein d'une équipe.
