For our division IT ,at our locationin Köln we are looking for a
- Take ownership of the overall ITproject portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectives.
- Ensure transparent tracking andreporting of progress for IT projects.
- Provide support in defining, developing, and specifying portfoliomethods and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) necessary foreffective process control.
- Coordinatemanagement committees by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes,and assisting in the creation of management documents.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs)to facilitate regular monitoring and reporting of project progress.
- Drive the continuous improvement andenhancement of project and project portfolio management processes.
- Manage the operational aspects of thetransformation program, including monitoring deadlines, progress,quality, and budgetary considerations.
- Completed university degree in a relevant field of study such asInformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,or related field.
- Proven experience in ITproject management and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies andpractices.
- Proficient in presenting resultsand moderating meetings/workshops.
- Skilledin cross-departmental coordination and consistent follow-up ofagreed measures.
- Knowledgeable in projectmanagement methods like Prince 2, Agile, ITIL, or Lean.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP,PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency inproject management tools and software such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German andEnglish.
