Notre client est une fintech française en pleine expansion, soutenue par un acteur majeur. La société combine l'agilité et la culture produit d'une startup avec la solidité d'un grand groupe. Son ambition ? Accélérer la digitalisation de centaines de milliers de TPE/PME à l'échelle nationale. Les équipes évoluent dans un environnement moderne, basé en plein Paris. En tant que Senior Back-End Software Engineer, vos responsabilités incluront : * Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions backend performantes et scalables. * Participer à l'évolution de l'architecture et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser performance, sécurité et qualité. * Collaborer avec les équipes frontend, produit et mobile pour garantir une intégration fluide et cohérente. * Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs juniors, diffuser les standards de qualité et les bonnes pratiques. * Assurer la qualité du code via revues approfondies et tests automatisés (unitaires et d'intégration). * Participer à la veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues. * Hybride : 3 jours télétravail par semaine. * RTT annuels (~10 j/an). * Titres-restaurant pris en charge à 60% par l'employeur. * Mutuelle prise en charge à 70%. * Bureaux en plein Paris. Le profil idéal : * 7 années d'expérience en tant que Senior Back-End Software Engineer, avec maîtrise des bonnes pratiques (patterns, tests, documentation). * Expertise en TypeScript / Node.js et familiarité avec serverless et services cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP). * Compétences solides en qualité de code, tests automatisés et optimisation de la performance. * Capacité à guider techniquement l'équipe et favoriser un environnement collaboratif et rigoureux. * Expérience startup / fintech appréciée. * Appétence pour le DevOps.
