En tant que Senior Back-End Software Engineer, vos responsabilités incluront : * Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions backend performantes et scalables. * Participer à l'évolution de l'architecture et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser performance, sécurité et qualité. * Collaborer avec les équipes frontend, produit et mobile pour garantir une intégration fluide et cohérente. * Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs juniors, diffuser les standards de qualité et les bonnes pratiques. * Assurer la qualité du code via revues approfondies et tests automatisés (unitaires et d'intégration). * Participer à la veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues. * Hybride : 3 jours télétravail par semaine. * RTT annuels (~10 j/an). * Titres-restaurant pris en charge à 60% par l'employeur. * Mutuelle prise en charge à 70%. * Bureaux en plein Paris.
