Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager
- (H/F)
- En alternance :
- Gérer les réclamations clients (suivi de commande / qualité / paiement / retour / offres promotionnelles /etc.)
- Traiter les échanges et/ou remboursements en lien avec la comptabilité notamment
- Gérer des demandes magasins en lien avec le client
- Assurer une relation cohérente entre points de vente physiques et le digital
- Répondre aux avis sur les différentes plateformes en ligne : Truspilot, Critizr, avis vérifiés
- Remonter les problématiques clients aux services concernés dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue et de la satisfaction client.

Poste basé à Metz (Grand Est). Travail en hybride.

Rythme d’alternance et présence en entreprise Du lundi au vendredi Périodes de travail de 8 heures Repos le week-end Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
