Position Overview

The Sales Strategy division works closely with our retail partners to enhance sales through strong collaborations and targeted initiatives focusing on four key areas: Pricing, Product offerings, In-store Positioning, and Promotional Discounts.

Your Role in Driving P&G's Success:

  • Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with boosting the revenue and market share of P&G brands within your designated area. You will manage a turnover of approximately 10 million euros across about 50 retail locations.
  • As the P&G representative, you will negotiate with department and store managers to ensure optimal shelf presence for P&G products, facilitate timely launches of innovations, enhance merchandising for better visibility, and manage discount strategies, including order volumes and promotional displays.
  • Collaborating with one or two sales representatives, you will ensure the flawless execution of the action plans established with your retail partners. You will be part of a team of around fifteen sector managers and sales representatives, participating in monthly two-day meetings that promote networking and personal growth in a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, an annual gathering of the Sales Force and Sales HQ Teams allows for collaboration on the upcoming year's innovation strategy.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A master’s degree in Business or Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Proven ability to lead projects with a strong drive to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • A blend of agility and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
