Advantech AURES is currently seeking a Channel Sales Manager, you will play an important role in driving revenue growth by managing relationships with key channel partners. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, ensuring that our channel partners are equipped with the necessary resources, and driving sales through effective collaboration. This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to align sales strategies with the company’s objectives.


Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Business Lead


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with the company’s overall sales objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement sales initiatives, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell our solutions effectively.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Provide leadership in sales planning and execution with key stakeholders across the channel network.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, facilitating communication between them and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.
  • Ensure that partners have the necessary resources, training, and tools to succeed in their sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to better serve our partners.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the IoT, smart retail, or point-of-sale industries.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
